Like an old family quilt with many patterns and colors pieced together, our lives are one long story with many episodes. The colorful pieces fit together to form a beautiful story picture. There may be a tear or two or some stuffing showing. But it only makes the quilt more precious.
If you’re only as old as you feel then I feel, like the movie, 17 Again!
Except, of course, on rainy days or snowy days or days of barometric changes. Then my back, shoulder, knee and ankle remind me that 17 is so far back down the road I can barely see it anymore!

Just off the top of your head, how many road trip stories do you have. Two? Three? My freshman college roommate said, “If you mention go, Lynn has her bags packed,” so my list is more like the roaring road tip twenties. Great stories can spring from road trips, any journey over roads.
My most vivid memories of early road trips were made in this 1955 green and gray Pontiac Chieftan coupe. Pontiac’s first V8, the car had no air conditioning and was stifling hot in Arkansas summers.
